Starting from November 21, 2023, in order to enhance the comfort of tourism, daily visits to the main venue of the World Hakka Folk Culture City will be made through a real name reservation system


At that time, the general public friends need to use the World Hakka Folk Culture City main venue mini program to make real name appointment registration in advance. Only after the appointment is successful can they enter the exhibition hall for sightseeing.


1、 Appointment Process


1. Open WeChat and scan the QR code of the "World Hakka Folk Culture City Main Venue" mini program.


2. Click on 'Personal Appointment'.


3. Follow the steps to select the time to make an appointment and enter the venue. Present the appointment QR code and valid identification documents (such as ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macau travel permit)


Enter through the West Gate.


2、 Appointment Notice


1. The main venue of the World Hakka Folk Culture City is open for public reservation, and a full name reservation system will be implemented for all visitors. Please visit the World Hakka Folk Culture City


Make a reservation through the main venue mini program.


2. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 8:30-17:30 (reservation for admission stops at 5:00 pm); Special circumstances will be announced separately. The ticket is valid on the same day of purchase


Expired period.


For minors above 3.1.2 meters who have not yet applied for ID cards, please use the ID card number to make an appointment, and check in with the 2D code of the appointment when visiting


The museum.


Minors under 4.1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) do not need to make an appointment and must be accompanied by a guardian who has already made an appointment to visit the museum.


Children under 5.3 years old, pregnant women, elderly people aged 60 and above, active military personnel, and disabled persons can enter the museum without appointment with valid documents such as ID card, military ID card, and disability ID card. Each person is limited to one person to accompany (accompanying persons need to make an appointment)


If the reservation is not made three times in a row and the reservation is not cancelled, the reservation restriction mechanism will be triggered, and it will be impossible to make an appointment to visit our museum or register for various activities within 2 months.


7. If the reservation is successful, please enter the main venue at the west gate within the designated time period, cooperate with the guidance of the staff, present valid identification documents (such as ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macao travel permit, etc.) and scan the reservation QR code to enter the venue. After passing the security check, enter the venue in an orderly manner


8. Self driving tourists can enter the P1 parking lot from the Guest Avenue and the P2 parking lot from Jinshui Avenue. After parking, please proceed to the West Gate and follow the instructions to enter the museum.


9. Alcoholics and those with disheveled clothing are not allowed to enter the museum. Elderly, disabled, young children, or other individuals with limited mobility must be accompanied by family and friends during the visit.


10. Consciously accept safety inspections and strictly prohibit the bringing of flammable, explosive, controlled equipment and other dangerous goods into the museum.


11. No cameras are allowed in the exhibition hall, and flash, tripod, or selfie stick should not be used when taking photos.


12. Take care of and use public facilities correctly, do not climb over fences, be careful of glass; Please do not touch cultural relics and exhibits. If any cultural relics are damaged, they will be handed over to relevant departments for handling in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


13. Consciously abide by the visiting order, cooperate with management, do not chase, play, make loud noises, and set your phone to silent mode; Pets are prohibited from entering the museum.


14. Prior application is required for activities such as lectures, study tours, surveys, and visits within the exhibition hall.


15. Consciously maintain environmental hygiene, do not discard debris, and smoking and eating are prohibited in the exhibition hall.


16. In case of major events or maintenance of important equipment and facilities that require temporary suspension of opening, advance notice will be given.
